She is survived by: her former husband Forrest Duckworth; her husband Lloyd Buchanan of Waterloo; her sisters, Cathy Branstad of Kennsett and Amy Peterson of Humboldt; her children, Deana Duckworth Jolly (Clint Curry) of Waterloo, Sheryl Duckworth (Ken Cummings) of Waterloo, Tammy Buchanan of Waterloo, Tawnya Duckworth Albertson (Lenny) of Waterloo, Leann Buchanan Atkins (Kurt) of Waverly, Kevin Duckworth (Tammy White) of Waulbeek, Lloyd Buchanan Jr. of Waterloo, Robert Buchanan (Alisa Schantz) of Waterloo, Patrice Buchanan (Melvin Reed) of Waterloo and Patrick Buchanan of Waterloo; and her grandchildren, Jason, Nathaniel, Seth, Courtney, Zach, Ashley, Aunika, Lance, Mariah, Nicole, Jacob, Cody, Samantha, Casey, Paige, Mikel, Lucas and Emily. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
