McDonald of Washburn; her children, Diane McDonald of Polk City, Jan Coffin (Doug) of Washburn and Mark McDonald (Dee) of Adel; her grandchildren, Lauryn Elliott (Brandon), Lindsey Baker (Zach), Lesley Pace (C. J.), Morgan Hook (Beau), Jacob McDonald, Nathan McDonald, Madee McDonald and Samantha McDonald; her great grandchildren, Noah, Henry, Campbell and Lydia; and her brothers, Randy Foulk (Deb), Richard Foulk (Madonna) and Rod Foulk.
