He was predeceased by: his parents, John Briden and Faith Briden (Sparks); and his sister Elizabeth Sturkie. He is survived by: his children, Michael Briden (Bonnie) of Janesville and Sandra Briden of Waterloo; and his grandson Cory Briden of Janesville.
