She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy B. Hanson and Lucile B. Monat Hanson; her husband Samuel Thomas Beatty; and her sister Margaret Kalow. She is survived by: her children, Samuel Michael Beatty (Mary Ann) of Iowa City, Ann Walker (Randy) of Waterloo and Sara TeSlaa (Gaylon) of Mammoth Lakes; her grandchildren, Samuel William Beatty (Kayla), Alexandra Parham (Tom), Tara TeSlaa (Sunday Falowo), Jay TeSlaa (Angie) and Theo (Tommy TeSlaa); and her sister Sarah Helgerson (August) of Oshkosh. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
