She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex C. Evans and Wildow Marie Evans (Davis); her daughter Cheri Blanchard; and her siblings, Alvina Helmers and Melvin Pergande.

She is survived by: her husband Frank Collins of Waterloo; her children, Rick Blanchard of Waterloo, Greg Blanchard of Waterloo, Dennis Blanchard of Waterloo and Terry Blanchard of Urbana; and her siblings, Dennis Brown of California and Marsha Fritz of Rock Falls, IL..
