She was predeceased by: her parents, James S. Phillips Sr. and Annabelle Norma Phillips; and her children, Howard and Connie. She is survived by: her former husband Randolph Creighton, Sr.; and her children, Belinda Creighton-Smith (LC) of Waterloo, Cassandra Creighton of Waterloo, Marcia Sisk (Leroy) of Marion, Zorana Brown (Jermaine) of Charlotte, NC, Randolph Creighton, Warren Wortham of Waterloo and Leroy Wortham, Jr. of Tacoma, Washington.. She is also survived by 31 grandkids, 55 great grandkids, 3 great grand kids, and a host of bonus children, nieces, nephews, and her church family.
