She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert T. Warrenburg and Margaret Gertrude Warrenburg (Brundage); her husband Francis L. Levendusky; and her siblings, Carol Warrenburg, Roberta Carr, Margaret Warrenburg and John Warrenburg.
She is survived by: her daughter Lara Welch (Andrew) of Hudson, IA; her granddaughter Tanna Blair of Hudson, IA; her stepgrandson Blake Nyberg-Welch of Hudson, IA; and her brother Larry Warrenburg of Anderson, IN..
