She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Moran and Mary Jane Moran (Newgren); and her grandchildren, Dominick and Dillan. She is survived by: her former spouse Aruther Otters Jr. Although; her children, Trever Moran, Lynn Moran (Brad), Kimberly Moran and A. J. Otters III; her siblings, Beverley Chick, Ila Moran-Schossow, Patricia Moran, Tom and Louie Moran; and her close friend Aruther Otters Jr.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be directed in Marcella's name to her family which will later be designated elsewhere.
