She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert W. Lentsch; her siblings, Laddie, Emil Beran and Ann Hanson; her son-in-law Delbert Lawrence Smith; and her granddaughter Traci Lynn.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald Lentsch (Shari) of Overland Park, John Lentsch (Marie) of Waterloo and Michele Smith of Cedar Falls; her grandchildren, Jason Lentsch (Stephanie) of Overland Park, Ryan Lentsch (Gabriela) of Aiken, Chad Smith (Jennifer) of Spring, Texas, Tiffany Tentinger (Phil) of Cedar Falls and Nicole Maelyn Lentsch of Overland Park, Kansas; her sister Mary Lou Larson of Independence; and her close friend Dean Buhr of Sumner. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to St. Edward's Catholic Church or UnityPoint Hospice.
