He was predeceased by: his parents, Roosevelt Gary and Maggie D. Mabry Gary; and his siblings, Charlie Marie Davison, Roosevelt Gary, Jr. and James Gary.
He is survived by: his children, Travares Gary and Takia Gary-Pruitt' of Annason, IN; and his siblings, Elma Clark, Willie of Waterloo and Charles Gary' (Patricia Dantcler-Gary) of Waterloo.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mark's Baptist Church (2024 Clear View St, Waterloo, IA 50703).
