She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ernest Alton and Josephine Elizabeth Alton (Donavon); her husbands, James Geiger and Ray Heerkes; her son Dan Volbruck; her grandson Kaleb Stansbury; and her siblings, Linden, George Alton, Evelyn Alton and Margaret Wolfer.
She is survived by: her daughter Amelia "Amy" Stansbury of Evans; and her granddaughter Kiersten Guerrero (John) of Wellington, CO. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces; nephews.
