She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Stevenson (Dale) of Mountain View and Cathy Goodman (Jeff) of Mountain Grove; her grandchildren, Michael Burch, Brian Burch, Amanda Apple (Burch) and Nikki Caswell (Goodman); and her sisters, Lois Clayton and Judy Culp (Billie). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson.
