He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth J. Ollendieck and Dalene R. Ollendieck (Reinhart) of Buckingham; his wife Mindy R. Arp; his children, Matt Ollendieck (Stephanie) of LaPorte City, Jayme Niebuhr (Brandon) of Ankeny and Jack Ollendieck (Hannah Gates) of LaPorte City; his granddaughters, Carly and Kate; and his brothers, Doug Ollendieck (Katherine) of Dysart and Chris Ollendieck (Lisa) of Cedar Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
