It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lolita (Smart) Huber of Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Eva Pearl Smart (Baker); her husband Deane Huber of Janesville; her son Barry Huber; her daughter-in-law Roxann Huber (Bruhn); and her siblings, Dean, LeRoy, Robert, Norman Smart and Ruby Smart.
She is survived by: her sister Marina Queiroz Resende; her children, Sara Dewey (Steve) of Waverly, Bruce Huber (Sandy) of Dodge Center, Brian Huber (Sue) of Janesville and Sondra Dole (Joe) of Groveland; her daughter-in-law Debbie Huber of Oelwein; her grandchildren, Nick Dewey (John Kluchka), Greg Dewey (Katie), Tim Dewey, Shawn Dewey, Matthew Huber (Katie), Michael Huber (Hannah), Mark Huber, Damiana Sackett (Mike), Ben Huber (Alison), Drew Huber (Becca), Amie Huber, Amanda Huber, Jonathan Huber, Zachary Dole (Mindi Mitzelfelt), Blake Dole (Ellie) and Wesley Dole; and her great grandchildren, Cole Dewey, Noah Dewey, Logan Dewey, Kerisma McMahan, Anellaka McMahan, Charlie Huber, Olivia Huber, Peyton Huber, Rowan Dole, Oliver Dole, Briggs Dole and Teddy Dole.
