He was predeceased by: his brothers, Frank and Howard; and his grandson Christopher Barberra. He is survived by: his wife Alice Hofner of Waterloo; his daughters, Pamela Miller (Jeffrey) of Clive, Jody Nagle (James) of Montezuma and Joanne Barberra of Waterloo; and his siblings, Leona Nagel of Spring Valley and Walter Hofner of Rochester. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
