Fisher; his children, Lloyd Tims Jr. (Kimberly) of Waterloo, Ricardo Tims of St. Paul, Minnesota, Marian Allen and Brenda Tims; and his grandchildren, Victor Allen (Gina), Denise Allen, Ricardo Tims Jr., Shaunteè Harvey (Charles), Immanuel Tims, Christopher Tims (Katie), Charles Tims, Hope Tims and Isaiah Tims.
