She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Fouts and Lyla Fouts (Donovan). She is survived by: her former husband Douglas Earl Hintzman; her children, Jessica Lamos (Mitchell), Christopher Hintzman (Krista) and Tammy Fouts; her siblings, Marty Fouts (Maria), Daniel (Amber Fouts), Renee Erickson (Jeff) and Tina Winther; her stepsisters, Hannah Clevenger (Brad), Elisabeth Remetch and Rachel Woods (Matt); her granddaughter Hazel; her boyfriend Joel Beener; her pet Emma; and her soul-sisters, Tracy Lynn and Lisa Kruse. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
