She was predeceased by: her parents, Romain Neisen and Lorraine Wagner Neisen; her fiancé Robert "Bob" Phillips; her granddaughter Skyln Tibbals; her pet Molly; and her brother-in-law Skip Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Nielsen (Theresa) of Waterloo and Stacy Chamberlin (Jason Tibbals) of Denver; her grandchildren, Kiana (Ben), Alyssa (Tyler), Jordyn (Quintin), Jocelyn, Sierra and Chloe; her great grandchild Parker; and her siblings, James Neisen (Debbie) of Ark, David Neisen (Mary) of Gilbertville, Richard Neisen (Annie) of Iowa, Becky Fourtner of Waterloo and Patty Weidemann (Jeff) of Washburn.
