She was predeceased by: her parents, John Michael and Halah Geneveive Fagan Giltner; and her brothers, John Michael "Mike" Giltner and Robert Francis "Bob" Giltner. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Wayne Worthington; her son Wayne Worthington (Glynis) of Dallas; her grandchildren, Wayne, Kate, Jack and Edie; her son John Worthington (Carrie) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Josh and Zach; her daughter Cynthia Goro (Terry); her grandson Jake; her daughter Jeannine Schneberg (Jeff) of Naperville, IL; and her grandchildren, Mike and Katie. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be directed to St Edward Catholic Church or Cedar Bend Humane Society.
