It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Letty M. Kemp (Waterloo, Iowa), born in Winthrop, Iowa, who passed away on June 21, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Judson B. Miller and Helen I. Frentress Miller; and her husband Neal Vincent Kemp. She is survived by: her children, Richard Kemp of Tripoli, Helen Kemp of Waterloo, Beverly Kemp of Middleton, WI and Jane Kemp Ulfers of Waterloo. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
