She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Medders and Adelia Medders (Simon); her husband Russ of Dubuque; her children, Gary Hibben (Karen) of Waterloo, IA, Vicki Payne (Don) of Traer, IA and Robert Hibben (Amy) of Asbury, IA; her grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua Hibben, Jeremy Payne, Vanessa Johnson, Sara, Justin Pittman, Brooke Schrage, Nicole Ryden, Niki Basra, Billy Kafar, Alicia Hibben and Marie Davis; her son Steven; her great grandchild Gabe; and her sister Betty. She was also cherished by 32 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to Westminster Presbyterian Church, Dubuque, Iowa.
