He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Frances Miller (Gronewald); his brothers, Craig Miller and Dirk Miller; and his nephew Keith Miller.
He is survived by: his former wives, Darlene Rule and Debra Huemann; his wife Deb; his children, Kurt Miller (Carol) of California, Eric Miller (Allyson) of Davenport, Rebecca Miller of Waterloo, Sarah Kuennen (Kyle) of Marion and Laura Moore (Justin) of Phoenix, AZ; and his sister Loretta Durst (Bob) of Gaithersburg, MA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
