He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kullmer and Pearl Kullmer (Watson); and his brothers, William "Bill" Kullmer and Robert "Tony" Kullmer. He is survived by: his brother Steven Kullmer of Dysart. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
