Lavern A. Schaack Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2019, at the age of 94, Lavern A. Schaack (Waterloo, Iowa), born in Mankato, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lorraine Murphy and David Schaack; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Murphy and Raymond Steimel. He is survived by: his son Lee Rasmussen; his siblings, Terry Schaack (Diana) of Ormand Beach, Frances Broderson (Howard) of Hampton and Marlyne Steimel of Waterloo; and his granddaughters, Senija Sisic, Alma Sisic, Sandra Smith and Madison "Mandy" Spears of Waterloo. He is also survived by two grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
