He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Baker and Invenlene Baker (Owens); his wife Lauraine Rose Lanz; his stepmother Joyce Sommer; his half-brother Allen Baker; and his stepbrother Pete Baker.
He is survived by: his brothers, Lynn Baker (Pearl) of Tucson, AZ and Lee Baker (Sharon) of Peoria, IL; his half-sister Lillian McFall of Colorado Springs, CO; and his nieces and nephews, John Baker (Connie), Steve Baker (Kimbra), Ryan Baker and Robin Baker.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Tower Park (4140 Kimball Ave, Waterloo, IA 50701). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church-Waterloo (614 Randolph St, Waterloo, IA 50702).
