We bid farewell to Kimberly Sommer of Waterloo, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 4, 2024 at the age of 51. Kimberly touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her mother Susan Hintz (Tharp); her grandparents, Ben, Arlene Tharp, Leo and Rowena Hintz; her mother-in-law Evelyn Sommer; and her pet Mack.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Dave Parker; her husband Wes Sommer of Waterloo; her father-in-law Bud Sommer of Waterloo; and her pet Axel. She is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
In leu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Sommer family.
