She is survived by: her husband Robert Elder; her sons, Robert Elder Jr. (Penny) of Independence, Michael Elder (David) of California, Joseph Elder of Woodward, James Elder (Danette) of Illinois and Matt Elder (Michelle) of Waterloo; her brother Michael Klein (Rita) of Dubuque; and her sister-in-law Patricia Elder of Indiana.
