She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edwin and Vera Smith Hill. She is survived by: her former husband Ron Borton; her children, Nancy Bathen (Richard), Boyd Borton (Julie) and Isaac Borton (Heather Adams) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Melissa Bathen, Zachary Bathen, Hannah, Elizabeth and Jonathan Borton; and her siblings, James Hill (Lori) of Mt. Auburn, Mary Ellen Petersen (Walter) of Waterloo and Jeanne Dirks (Myron) of Waverly. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
