She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas William and Mary Elizabeth Ruhoff Gebel; her husband Joseph M. Flick; and her sister Margaret Schwickerath. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Bentley (Darwin) of Waterloo and David Flick (Shirley) of Algona, Iowa. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
