He is survived by: his brothers, Tom Powers (Donna) and Tim Powers (Timi) of Waterloo; his nephews, Jake (Hailey) of Waterloo, Josh (Jody) of Waterloo, Nick (Krystle) of Waterloo and Scott (Lexi) of Lacey, WA; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sean, Margo, Brayden, Brennyn, Colin, Amelia and Jack.

Unfortunately, due to logistics haven’t seen Joe for sometime.
