He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Heyenga and Johanna Heyenga (Oelmann). He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Smith (Larry) of Broken Arrow, OK, Cathy Humke (Albert) of Cedar Falls, Joyce Whipps (Matthew) and Rev. Dee Stone of Atlanta, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Aaron Smith, Adam Smith, Andrea Smith, Daniel Humke (Kristin), Sarah Humke, Laura Lancaster (Dale) and Jenny Stone.
