He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Boesen and Edna Faster Boesen. He is survived by: his wife Hattie O. Dotson; his sons, John W. Boesen, Jr. (Barbara) of Gastonia, Charles R. Boesen (Shelly) of Donahue and Donald L. Boesen (Lori) of Owatonna; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Jessica, Amber, Alisa, Jacob, Taylor Lynne and Aaron; his great grandchildren, Amber, Robin and Logan; and his sister Anna Morris of Evansdale.
