He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Boggie and Lola Schatz Boggie; and his sister Nancy Kroeger. He is survived by: his spouse Frances Fitzgerald; his stepchildren, Karla Klein (Kevin) of Dubuque and Kenneth Stirm III (Tricia) of Des Moines; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Klein, Hailey Stirm, Samantha Klein and Kayla Klein. He is also survived by three nieces; and a nephew.
