He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Meier (Nohre); his stepchildren, Joanna Ramsden-Meier (Kevin) and Jay Meier; his grandchildren, Emma Leigh of Cedar Falls and Brady Ramsden-Meier of Cedar Falls; his brother-in-law Scott Nohre of Marion, IA.; his siblings, Talea Schwartz of Waterloo and Carl Meyer (Linda) of Cedar Falls; his children, Laura Gunkel (Chett) of Phoenix, John Meyer (Stella) of Omaha and Lisa Nealon (Dave) of Sun City, AZ; and his grandchildren, Cassandra, Andrew, Alex, Joshua and Madison.
