He is survived by: his wife Judy Acklin; his children, David Acklin, Bobbi Scarrott (Andrew), Valerie Wilson, Sandy Adolphs (Allan), Shelly Acklin-Mohorne and Jimmy Acklin; his stepson Magnus Mires; his siblings, Gary, Dennis, Julie Acklin and Amy Drew; his grandchildren, Belinda Scarrott, Garek Scarrott, James Acklin, Tishauna Schaefer, Monica Hoard, Glen Adolphs, Zoe Bachman, Shelby Acklin, Maleah Mohorne, Jayden Williams, Aaron Williamson, Sarah Hemann and Emma King; and his great grandchildren, Alix, Perseus, Atticus Batista-Pedro, Aidan, Ava Acklin, Anika, Addison Schaefer, Joanna Hoard, Colten, Valerie Stark, AJ, Maverick Bachman, Aaliyah Burkett, Rylie, Raegan, Eleanor, Hunter King, Malia and Adalyn Hemann.
