He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lathrop and Ruth Glendening Lathrop. He is survived by: his former wife Angie Brown; his wife Becky Lathrop of Waterloo; his children, Scott Lathrop (Jennifer) of Jacksonville, FL, Steven Lathrop (Michelle) of Waterloo and Susan Kasper (Mike) of Taylor, Texas; his stepdaughters, Heather Benhoff (Joe) of Evansdale and Kerry Wolff (Dirk) of Evansdale; and his sister Sandra Warren of Waterloo. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
