He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Sr. and Darlene Burrage Clark; his spouse Jean Carpenter; his sons, Jason Clark (Kristin) of Cedar Falls, James Clark of Waterloo and Jacob Clark (Heather) of Waterloo; and his siblings, Jon Clark (Cindi) of Reinbeck, Matthew Clark (Annie) of Bradenton, Teresa Hendricks (Jeff) of Reinbeck, Susan Wandro (Todd) of Independence and Jean Clark.
