He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Tempel and Camillis Tempel of Winnebago, MN.; and his sister Mary Beth Blee of Lake City, MN. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Luepke; his son Kevin Tempel of Fort Collins, CO.; and his grandchildren, Eli, Ryan Wagner and Elle Moriarty.
