He was predeceased by: his father Milo Schoyck; and his brother Craig. He is survived by: his mother Marie Van Schoyck (Wingert); his wife Connie; his sons, Brett (Jordan) and Matthew (MaKayla); his stepfather Ted Abkes; his sister Linda (Al) of Cedar Falls; and his pets, Oakley and Quinn.
