He is survived by: his wife Sandra Blough of Waterloo; his siblings, Carol Higgins of Thornville, OH and Timothy Isaacs of Canton, OH; his aunt Meralene Lombardi (Dave) of Canton, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Rod Blough (J.) of Fleming, CO, Nancy Blough Curtis (Tim) of Hastings, MI, Becky Blough Pint (Gene) of Raymond and Tina Blough (Rick) of Evansdale. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
