Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jeananne Tharp of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 93, on March 31, 2023. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Farrell and Leota Cromer Farrell; her husband Robert Grubb; her sons, David Grubb and Gerry Grubb; and her grandchildren, Scottie Grubb and Taylor Swacker.

She is survived by: her daughter Chris Swacker (Todd) of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Tara Ingersoll, Doug Arnold, Steven Grubb, Jamee Grubb and Tessa Swacker; and her daughter-in-law Sheryl Grubb of Des Moines. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family, a fund will be established.
