She is survived by: her parent Ruth Ellen Longdo Maille; her friends, Catherine Gericke, Sunny Buchman and Barbara Guy; her husband David H. Bullard II; her daughters, Julia Bullard and Suzanne Bullard (Timothy Purdum); her grandson Elliot Purdum; her brother Robert Maille; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Maille, Barbara Blee Maille, Phyllis Rateau and Caroline Winn.
Memorial donations may be made in Jan's name to the Village Baptist Church of Fort Edward, NY, and to the University of Northern Iowa School of Music Janice Bullard Memorial Scholarship Fund.
