She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mitchell and Lila Mitchell (Beals); and her husband Jeff of Paul's Presbyterian Church. She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Herrera (Jay) of Midland; her grandsons, Joseph "JC" Herrera III and Garrett Herrera; and her brother John Mitchell (Carolyn) of Freeport.
