With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James L. Conrad (Waterloo, Iowa), born in Raymond, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 8, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Conrad and Mary Wittry Conrad; his granddaughter Andrea Harms; and his siblings, Francis Holler (Mike), Marie Sachs (Merle), Robert Conrad (Clarice) and Louis Conrad (Teresa).
He is survived by: his wife Marva Conrad of Washburn; his children, Jeff Conrad (Bret Gothe) of Delhi, Greg Conrad (Sheila) of Tripoli, Drew Conrad (Angela) of Waterloo and Chris Harms (Bart) of Waterloo; his stepchildren, Beth Schoenewe (Greg) of Ackworth, Rob White of Panora, Marcie Lago (Larry) of Milford, Eric Follon (Liz) of Colorado Springs and Suzy Miller (Ron) of Adel; his grandchildren, David Conrad (Anna), Tyler Harms, Emma Harms and Courtney Harms; and his siblings, Bill Conrad (Carole) and Anita Russell. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
