He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Sr and Mildred Hildebrand Puhl; his spouse Betty Bandy; his children, Jamie of Waterloo and LouAnne Kielty (Mike) of Waterloo; his sisters, Linda Heiser (Dennis) of Waterloo, Paula Floyd of Jesup and Delores Steiner of Waterloo; his stepchildren, Vickie Baker (Bryant) of Volga, Chad Nicholson (Crystal) of Volga and KinDee Durnan (Eric) of Wadena; his mother-in-law Clara Bohonek of Platteville; and his siblings, Doug Puhl, Annette Crinigan and Sandy Biretz. He was also cherished by several step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
