With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James F. Hughes of Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on December 15, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Hughes and Donna Evans Hughes; and his siblings, Jerry Hughes and Carolyn Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Boyken; and his sister Char Lewis of Waterloo. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
