He was predeceased by: his parents, Firman Clarke and Mary Ellen Freeman Clarke. He is survived by: his wife Julie B. Heefner; his children, Amy McKinley (Mike) of Waterloo, Sean Clarke (Deanna) of Waterloo and Holly Karr (Chad) of Waterloo; and his grandchildren, Allison Beal (Jayson) of Hudson, Samantha Clarke of Evansdale, Mitchell Karr (Samantha) of Waterloo, Amber Smith (Corey) of Glidden, Ellie Karr (Jordan Mayo) of Waterloo, Noel and Nicole Clarke of Waterloo. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
Social distancing and masks are required for all events.
