James E. Barnes Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Barnes (Waterloo, Iowa), who passed away on June 2, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Barnes and Bobbie Jean Barnes; his brother-in-law Augustus Vickers; and his grandparents, Thorton "Jack" Gary, Georgia Mabry Gary, Joe and Fannie Barnes.
He is survived by: his siblings, Steve Barnes (Sherry) of Cedar Falls, Delorise Barnes Vickers of DesMoines, Munster of DesMoines, Ind of DesMoines, Lillie Barnes Simpson of DesMoines, Evangelist Rachelle Barnes Riley of DesMoines and Bessie Smith of Calumet City, Ill.; his nephew Eric; and his nieces, Brittney and Samaria. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
Services: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic services will be held privately at the funeral home.
