It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dwight Harper of Waterloo, Iowa, born in Cedar Falls, Iowa, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merriet S. Harper and Dorothy Purinton Harper; his wife Mary L. Driscoll; his brothers, K. Lee Mettlin, Larry Harper (Ruby) and Robert Mettlin (Jane); and his brothers-in-law, Chester Anderson and Zeke Kientoff.
He is survived by: his siblings, Susan McBride (Terrance McElligott) of Waterloo, Kitty Andersen of Plainview, Neb, Caroline Kientoff of Des Moines, Chester Harper (Becky) of Evansdale, David Harper (Judy) of St. Cloud, Minn and William Mettlin (Connie) of Dinsdale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
