He was predeceased by: his parents, Burdette Baldwin and Josephine Pierce Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Shirley E. Balsley; his children, Douglas Baldwin (Tracy) of Steamboat Rock, Robin Baldwin (Michele) of Waterloo and Roxane Runge (Erik) of Waterloo; and his sister Kim Baldwin of Charles City. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four step-grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
